Is Honey good or bad for you… nutrition wise?
I love love love Honey. Its my favorite ingredient in alot of marinades and I make my own Honey Mustard dressing to put on wraps all the time..I was wondering do you think that it’s bad for you while trying to lose weight?
The dressing i make is fat free… but i know theres sugar in honey…
Yes it is good for you and is the only food in the world that is easily digested as it has already been digested by the bees, pretty cool really, their is no fat in honey but their are calories, but better honey than sugar, hope that helps, Goodluck!
