HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! I GAINED A POUND WHEN I ATE SUPER HEALTHY AND WORKED OUT!?
Ok so this is what i ate yesterday
Breakfeast – honey bunches of oats with strawberrys and soy light milk vanilla
Lunch -a ham and cheese sandwich with wheat bread and uh 2 servings of baked barbeque chips HEY THEY WERE BAKED!
Dinner- like a little less then half of a piece of cheese and half of a can of cream and chicken.
and then i worked out on the bike workout machine and burned 470 calories and drank 3 glasses of water.
an yesterday i got on the scale and it said 142.8 and im thinkthinking oh awesome ya no ive lost a total of 6 pounds for the month of june so then i weighed myself this morning only to find out that i have gained a pound 
i need to be at least 130 but my goal is 125 by august the 23rd! and i have no idea what im doing
honey of bunches of oats is really bad for you. high in sugar, low in everything else. A can of cream and chicken is very high in sodium, which can lead to water retention=higher weight. Oh and ham is also really high in sodium. why not swap it with tuna? or a salad? and the cereal…maybe a kashi GoLean? or cheerios? or special K? or something healthy with less sugar and fat! it is still surprising that you gained a pound, but dont let it get to you! give it a couple days. OK??hang in there!
